Interested in entering the “Mighty” Howard County Fair Queen Contest? Below are the county fair queen contest regulations and an entry form. Registration fee for the contest is $50. You are asked to secure a sponsor who in return for paying your entry fee will receive special recognition by way of press releases and advertising done promoting the contest.
Scheidel Plaza: Tue. June 25 — 6:30pm
The fair is excited to once again host our annual talent show! We accept entries in two age groups: 16 & Under, and 17+. Acts can include singing, dancing, magic, animal calling, and much more! For a full list of rules, regulations, and the talent show entry form, download the document below.
Open Competition, Free For All
The following pages detail the 2024 Fairgoer Contests open to persons of all ages, unless noted in the contest guidelines. There is no cost to enter each contest. Enter as many contests as you wish. All contests, except for the Baby Contest, are held in the Featherlite Center on the Fairgrounds. The Featherlite Center also houses the Fair’s open class exhibits, such as Arts & Crafts & Flower Departments.
