Portable Picnic Table Rentals

Our portable picnic tables make it easy to add comfortable seating to your event space. Whether you’re hosting a family celebration, community meal, fundraiser, or outdoor gathering, these tables provide a simple and flexible seating option.

Rental Guidelines

1 – Reservations are required.

2 – Preference for usage is given to community celebrations and events.

3 – If the tables are to be used by a non-profit organization, a community group, chamber/city events, school events or church events, there is not a charge to use them.

4 – If the tables are used by private individuals for personal use, such a family gathering, a $50 donation for each able to help off-set the cost of maintenance and insurance.

The Fair Board has two 20-foot picnic tables and four 30-foot-picnic tables.

Seating capacity: 20-foot table seats twenty people. 30-foot table seats thirty people.

A security deposit could be requested.

Submitting this rental request does not guarantee availability of portable picnic tables. A representative of the Howard County Fair Board will contact you to confirm availability. Portable picnic tables are to be towed during daylight hours only. Maximum speed 40 mph. Rental guidelines are included in the lease agreement. Proof of insurance is required.
